They attend monthly continuation training to ensure their skills are current and they are working to the highest possible standard. Dealing with everyday situations, our dog handlers work within the law providing our clients with the skills to meet their needs. The service ranges from site security, personal protection of high profile clients property to assisting with squatter and traveller evictions. The service our handlers deliver are extremely cost effective and efficient as often a situation is resolved very quickly.

 All our handlers are able to engage with the public and provide a very strong professional presence, which provides reassurance of safety on the clients property.

Our Explosive Detection Dog Handlers are qualified and licensed. Each undergoing regular refresher and re-licensing training. Our teams operate in line with the current British standards. All our handlers are vetted by the Police, this process goes beyond the usual level of vetting carried out.

Our Explosive Detection Dog Teams carry out searches of open areas, venues, routes and vehicles rendering areas safe for public use.

Our Pyrotechnics  Detection Dog Teams are very experienced in this field. They attended a large number of football event over the years being deployed and the service provided prevented pyro technics entering the football stadium with the intend to cause disruption and possible harm.

The Essex and Herts Canine Centre provide passive pyrotechnic detection services to a host of clients including, but not restricted to football stadiums and Festivals & Event Management companies.

Our Missing Persons Search Dogs are available to any Police Force in the UK upon request. The handlers have years of experience searching for missing people using scent specific trained dogs and hounds. The handlers have completed a large number of call outs with great success in reuniting the families and friends with the vulnerable person.

The handlers are fully police vetted and trained in Mental Health first aid and Safeguarding of vulnerable adults and children. They also qualified Search Technicians and First Aiders.
